Dear Mr. Erik Olson,


I am writing you in opposition of MXGP's proposal for a 
Conditional Use Permit for building of a motocross track 
in the Maltby area, File Number 06-102142-LU. I would like 
to be a PARTY OF RECORD on this matter please.

I don’t believe this is the place for such a track because 
of the noise levels, location and environmental impacts. 
I also believe that it will reduce the value of our homes. 
Most of all, I don’t think anyone in the area wants to hear 
the sound of motorcycles when we are all used to the 
quietness of the area. Please consider this.
